Spooky cats and jpn working visas

Hot as FUQ Cheshire.
I have recieved overwhelmingly positive feedback on this and my intent is to combine it with a separate costume for Halloween. I hope it gets here on time!
I'm pretty satisfied with it lately. Also inktober is going well. I got a few friends and Lou into it a bit so I'm excited to keep at it.
Happy October!

PHOOOOOOOO FUUUUUU
Went out to get pho last night and it was delicious! My tummy wasn't feeling up to par most of the day unfortunately but I managed to stomach a lot and take the rest home.
When we got back home we watched the OUAT premier (4 days late) and it was ether than expected but I'm still skeptical. We then watched the Awakening on Netflix to ease Lou into horror movies for the 30 Days of Scary Stuff Month. Today/tonight/this weekend I have free movie tickets I want to use on the Annabelle movie. I think it'll be pretty spooky, looks like it could even possibly scare me ( ̄▽ ̄)。
I have to run to a dollar store and get craft supplies and stuff for Halloween. I asked FB and IG what I should do for a costume and everyone said "something creepy" so I have an idea for what this year will entail!!!
In addition, I started INKtober so hopefully I can start actually filling in my blog.

Edit: didn't post I guess lol! Morning!

Breakfast of champions.
Got called into work but I don't want to go when it's so nice out. Either way I'm going to be tuckered out when we hit the gym later :( today is make up day so we have to go extra hard. I was really hoping to go early but :C
My eating habits are starting to fall again but not to the point where I'm significantly affected. I've noticed in colder weather I start craving the bad stuff haha
I have to come up with some recipes to do for the week that keeps me on track but also is super tasty!

Sunny park walks
Birthday, it's ya birthday
Whoa late responses.
My birthday was amazing, we went into the city and went to 2 different museums.
At first we couldn't figure out how the hell to work our metro-cards but eventually we figured it out. /dumbasses/
Anyway we ended up going to the Gardner museum where a bunch of frames were empty from the heist in the 90's! It was an incredible view. The inside is like a Roman garden. Even though it was small, the most incredible part of the museum was the fact that they had Michelangelo original sketches. That puts these thin pieces of paper at over 500 years old. I went up really close and examined everything and I just can't fathom how a human being was able to craft his own pencil, his own paper and then render such finely detailed and anatomically correct bodies onto one tiny space. Even professional artists these days can't do that unless they have "pro materials."
The next place we stopped by was the Science Museum. We went into the butterfly exhibit and this really kind woman who was super into butterflies taught us about the different types. She even found one that died :( but then took out a microscope and had us examine it and tested us on our knowledge. It was really fun!! Next we went to the lightning show where they had two giant tesla coils and did this weird Mario Bros. concert using electric discharge (sparks). It was pretty neato.
We walked around some more and they had exhibits on pandas, the human body (which we got to do some cool interactive programs concerning facial recognition and reflex. We even got to see some baby chicks ;^;
Eventually it was getting late so we intended to go to this ramen shop where they frame your dreams on the wall but we got lost in a ghetto and didn't end up doing that at all. We DID however arrive at this really happenin' bar strip and intended to have my friends meet us but via miscommunication we ended up at their apartment instead and had drinks and pizza and fun nights!!!
In the end I was really impressed because that whole trip was the greatest gift Lou could have given me but in addition he also added on this incredible gift:
WHAM BAM HE GOT ME A CAM

I was honestly shocked because I was always whining about how I needed one for speed paints and YT videos (which I intend to start fairly soon). But it through me for a loop because I never expected him to give me such a grand gesture in addition to the city trip! I've been testing the waters with this camera so hopefully I can get started really soon!
It was pretty magical.
Anyway I'm going to update a lot today, try to separate the posts a bit so I don't have too many lengthy ones and I can catch up.

Update stuff and japan and CA
It's been a while blogspot!!!
These past few months I have been writing tangibly rather than digitally. It's been a crazy summer.
With fall fast approaching there are 2 MAJOR things happening.
1. I'll be going to Japan to visit Hiroki and check it out to see if it's worth teaching
2. I'll be moving across the country. I made a promise to come back for some cons on this side though LOL
The second one is relative to the first but seems more likely because I honestly don't want to teach that much nor be out of the country for a year.

Oh maaaaaan I haven't updated in so long, I'm slacking.
I'm working on a harime nui and rathalos cosplay but it's taking its toll on my bank account.
I'm hoping to debut sometime soon!!
Also been busy cleaning and making everything pristine. If there's one pet peeve I have its working in a filthy and cluttered environment, can't keep me focused DDDDDDD:

FIRST DAY REVIEW
I had my first day of work yesterday and by the end of the night I was absolutely exhausted. I worked so hard and I messed up a few times but overall I really loved it.
There are a few weird points, like the employees drink on the job and smoke hookah in the back while on the clock. However they were all more than accommodating. The coworkers were all super nice and I got along with all of them. There's a cute chef there who got me coffee twice who I think Louis is a little jealous of consider this guy has the fashion sense I like but I think he knows he's got no worries.
It was busy and I got a few people with attitudes but overall I was really happy with the job. Unfortunately the money isn't enough for my student loans and the hours are scattered so I need to find something more consistent preferably with a 401k LOL~
The ramen I was offered at the end was excellent too

ラーメン女の子
First day on the job tomorrow!!! やったー!!!I am very excited to be starting this new job and I hope that they like me as an employee. Job consists of three owners; Will, Yoshi, and Yatsuda. From what I can tell Will is a tall Chinese man around 25 or 26 who has the appearance of a college athletic type. Yoshi is a very kindhearted direct businessman around 26 with a kind face and deep down is clearly all about his work. And Yatsuda is a fashion forward half Japanese half Korean man around 25 or 26 years old. I don't know much about him yet because I haven't the chance to speak with him. I think Louis sees him as a little bit of competition appearance wise. But I'm not entirely sure why considering they have different styles.
今、私はラーメン女の子です。ヽ(;▽;)ノ
Not exactly in the Brittany Murphy sense but one step closer, it's really fascinating stuff!

jobs
I was really proud of Louis recently.
After pestering him about jobs, he finally got a chef position at a Ramen shop.
Having his noodles be a strong passion in life he seems to be really happy with this position and his pay is good.
I was looking for new employment since the harassment of the old job. I may also be working the ramen place for a few days as a hostess and interim job. While I'm not a fan of working with people I date, it would be a good opportunity to speak Japanese with his coworkers Yatsuda and Yoshi to keep up my fluency and gain some experience.
Pretty pumped!!

motivation and drive
I accidentally yelled at Louis the other day because I was getting so ridiculously frustrated with him.
I had been trying to help him stay motivated and even tried helping him look for jobs but whenever I asked him about the hunt he would always be dismissive. Aside from the places I harassed him about until he applied, he really didn't try for anywhere else.
He had told me around thanksgiving that Ebisu was hiring but didn't actually go apply until I basically dragged him over there. The position had already been filled. I basically snapped at him, asking about the job hunt and "oh I didn't realize you applied to other places aside from Shanghai and Ebisu." and he retorted "Why did you have to interrogate me like that?" obviously perturbed.
It ended with me basically becoming infuriated and letting everything flood out at once. I accused him of being severely unmotivated and how everytime I try to help, he tosses my opinions to the side or shrugs and keeps sleeping/playing videogames/dicking around.
To be fair, I do my fair share of dicking around, especially when I'm with him, but every day I try to work towards my goals. Whenever I'm not at his house, I wake up between 8-10am and sleep around 12-2am all while working on setting up the studio or making art. I felt badly because I didn't mean to yell at him and there are obviously times when I'm a big distraction or bad influence but overall I shouldn't be concerned with his life.
The only reason I get frustrated is because I value ambition and motivation so much in a relationship and a person's drive to succeed is a very powerful thing. Motivated people motivate me and I've told Louis that.
It's unfortunate because essentially I want to begin a serious relationship where I am dating someone with ambition and drive and good moral high ground. I think Louis has a lot of potential but I know that what is best for me is someone who can compliment my endeavors. I love Louis to pieces and so I'm hoping very soon he can find his passion and drive for his profession. It has put some tension between us but we know we both love each other. He's trying right now and we probably won't physically see each other as often as we do in order to sort our lives out and get the ball rolling career wise.

Noodle blogs and home??
oh god so weird.
I literally don't live at home anymore.
I go home about once a week to pay bills and get things leftover from home but essentially I live in providence. This particular run was really nice because I got to spend a lot of time doing some fun things.
Anyway

More updates
So Christmas went really well. I ended up getting Louis a buttload of stuff. The two biggest presents being Lego Lord of the Rings and A Link Between Worlds.
It was a really nice time. New Years was a bit weird, we went over my friends house and everyone was super quiet instead of the crazy kids I know.
The biggest update is that I quit the job that was not worth my time. It was great pay but the amount of harassment that ensued was ridiculous.
